The short version of everything that decides what a stay costs and what happens if plans change. The rental agreement says the same, in the same words.
How the nightly rate is set
The nightly rates shown here are a rough estimate, not a fixed price list. The rate actually listed for any given night is adjusted automatically by a third-party pricing service, based on predicted demand, and is subject to change.
Booking with us directly takes 10% off the nightly rate for every night of a stay. Lakeside Chautauqua passes are bought separately either way.
Reservations and refunds
A reservation locks in its pricing. Once dates are confirmed the rate does not move, whatever demand does afterwards.
Reservations are 100% refundable until four weeks before check-in. After that point they may be refunded at 50%.
Terms version 2026-08-11. The rental agreement carries the same version on its face; if the two ever disagree, ask us and we’ll put it right in your favour.
