Memorial Day to Labor Day. $250 Monday through Thursday, $280 Friday through Sunday. 2 nights minimum.
Off-season nights

Labor Day to Memorial Day, any night of the week. 7 nights minimum.
Cleaning

Once per stay, whatever the length.
Dogs
$125
Once per stay. Housebroken dogs are welcome. No cats — there are severe cat allergies in the family.
Rates can change, so we’ll confirm them when you get in touch. Lakeside Chautauqua gate passes are bought separately and aren’t included.
